Belgelmir has moved to his new home just two nights ago and is very happy with
his own family in Kokkola. We have heard great news from other boys, too, which
have grown well and and are happy, brave little dogs. Gratulations also to
dad-Pontus which succesful career has continued so well!

Puppies have had great time also outside during last
few sunny days, they love soft sand where they can run fast and also fall softly
of course. Puppies and we are very happy that new owners have worked hard to
make decision and to choose just right puppy for themselves. Those fantastic
families have travelled from far just to take care of puppies and try to find
just the right puppy, we appreciate that a lot!
Belgelmir, who is standing in the picture is strong, brave
and social boy, who doesn´t know yet in which part of Finland he is going to
live with his new family. He is maybe most like his father in this litter, we
really hope that someone who has thought to begin to go to dog shows or has
other interesting activities will notice the possibilities of this dog.

Puppies
has begun to play and fight seriously and they has seen many new things and
people during last week. The mother is still nursing them but they have begun to
eat dogs food in addition. They are
very similar all of them and it´s very understandable that the new owners has
had difficulties to choose puppy of their own. Some differencies are possibly coming
up, but we are happy that every each
of them shakes their toys
coltishly, hopefully they are going to have nice future both in dog shows
and in lure coursing or in races

Puppies are now 2 weeks old, lively and cute. Their
growth and development is very well and their eyes has begun to open little by
little. We are happy that so many active families has been interested in this
litter and we really hope that everyone of these great puppies will fill our aim
of breeding and will be health, noble, beautiful, fast and agility typical
whippet. We enjoy to co-operate with kennel Pendahr and will thank Hanne and
Ingunn and their families about this happiness, Pontus can be proud of his
finnish-norwegian litter. The Boys are sleeping in
this picture and more photos you can find in other pages (puppies and
photos).

Six perky puppies were born on tuesday 31th of Mars for
Luikkis and Pontus, gratulations for kennel Pendahr, too! There is 5 males and
only one bitch, who has had an owner since mating. The new proud owner is Hiski
and "Luminuolen Birdie" is going to live with our family. Three of
puppies are going to be brindle with only few white marks and two of them will
be obviously fawns. We are happy that there has been families asking males, we
believe that everyone can find a home just for themselves, wellcome to look
puppies after three weeks!

Besties Gymkhana has been mated and the puppies will born in
the beginning of April. Int. Nord. Ch Librium´s Quiet On the Set was chosen to be the father
of the litter in the summer 2008 and then Pontus continued his successful career
and was chosen to be the best whippet male in Norway year 2008. |

BOS Newcomer of the year 2008 in racing, Gratulations! |

Luminuolen Amerikanserkku "Neela" took part a show in Lempäälä
which was arranged by The Finnish Whippet Club. "Neela" was third
in working class, very good!. |

Luminuolen Aatelisneito "Sunny" was presented her
Club SSVK in the Whippet Team Race in Tuomarinkartano in Helsinki. Sunny´s time
was 24.16 (champion) in 350m and 19.59 in 280m. Great! |

Keeta competed in Tampere and her time was 19.74 (280
m) but unfortunately he injured.

The time was 19.34 (champion) in 280m and second place. She won the second
race and the time was 24.17 (champion, 350 m). Nice girl! |

Luminuolen Aatelisneito "Sunny" started racing in
tracks. The times was 24.64 and 24.09 (350 m) which means that Sunny got place
to the A-final. Finally Sunny was 5. in the A final and the time was 24.48 (350
m) which is a great place in a Racing Champion Competition arranged by the
Finnish Whippet Club!
Luminuolen Aamurusko "Nuppu" started her lure
coursing career in a national Lure Coursing competition in Kuopio. Her points
were great 484 which means that after final she was 9. and got SA. |

International Lure Coursing competitions was held in Tampere
and Luminuolen
Aavikkoruusu "Ruusu", Luminuolen Amerikanserkku "Neela" and
Luminuolen Aikapommi
"Nipsu" started there their lure coursing career. There were
Luminuolen Aatelisneito "Sunny" ja Keeta, too.
Finally Neela was 7. (points 467, SA),
Sunny 11. (points 455, SA) and Ruusu 14. (points 450, SA). Nipsu got 135
points and Keeta was luckless, too.

Keeta was chosen for second time in a row to the National
Team of Finland to the European Championship Lure Coursing competition in Husby
in Sweden. Keeta was 28. best bitch in Europe. |

and 350 m (24.13, champion, 2. place) |

Keeta was competiting in the Lure Coursing Derby in
Hyvinkää and was 15. best bitch. |

Keeta was 6. in B-Final in Hyvinkää where was the Derby
Racing competition. |

third in the International Lure Coursing competion in Mustiala, she got 495
points (SA) which is great! |

Keeta was running in both days in the Mikkeli Midsummer
Racing competition, times from 280 m was 19.90 and 19.51(champion). |

Keeta was 5. in the B-final in sprint-competitions,
unfortunately there was difficulties with equipments and they didn´t get
official times. |

|
There was a great program and facilities in the fifth Whippet
Congress in Krägga in Sweden. Hiski and Tarja took part and learned
a lot of the history, health and breeding of whippets. There was one great
participant of the Gala Match Shown and after a while we noticed that we want to
co-operate with kennel Pendahr ( Norway) and Pontus for our next litter. |

There was the first racing competition in this year in
Tampere and Keetas times were 19.29 (champion) in 280m ja 24.39 in 350m. |

The winter Lure Coursing competitions was held in
difficult conditions in Mustiala. Keeta got 248 points from the first round and
257 points from the final, so she was 2., got 505 points and CERT.
