Take a look at the 11 week picture of Okki and you will understand why we couldn't resist this little princess! We have never seen a kitten like her and we believe we never will. Yes, we know that one shouldn't choose a kitten just because "it" looks cute, but this young beauty is definitely much more....

At the time we got Rudolf we already had some plans to look for a fine breeding female and a companion for him. However, everything happend a bit faster than we had expected. In the end of april 2005, just before Okki turned 12 weeks, we heard from Tellervo Sahlberg, mother of Okki's breeder Tuuli Sahlberg, that Okki was available and that Tuuli would be happy to sell her to us. A few days later Tuuli came to Kokkola to visit her parents and brought Okki with her. Well, it's needless to say what we thought when this miraculous cat jumped out of the box. Big thanks to Tuuli for this fabulous cat and also thanks to both Tuuli and Tellervo for all the guiding and help!

Okki has a strong boning and a long muscular body. At the age of twelve months her weight was about 4,3 kg and at the age of 3 ½ years 5,0 kg. Her head is very good in every aspect with a straight profile, a nice equilateral triangle, big excellent placed ears and a sweet feminine expression. The coat quality is excellent for a silver cat and the colour is very beautiful with nice contrasts. The tail is nice shaped and bushy with a light tip.

Okki has the nicest temper anyone could wish for! She is curious, fearless and full of energy and it looks like all our cats truly love her! She is also talkative, purrs loud and yes, she snarls like a dog whenever it's needed!(well, maybe not that loud..). There is never enough action for this girl and we believe her motto is "you can sleep when you get old!". She also loves food and eats like a horse.

Okki has done quite well at the shows so far and we are extremely happy that she has achieved her best results as a grown-up. She has got excellent judgements right from the start on every show and all judges seem to agree that she's got an adorable personality. A better forehead, a slightly longer tail and tufs on the ears would make her perfect, but you can't have it all...

On september 18th 2007, at the age of 2 years and 7 months, Okki was classified HCM normal by Tapio Palolahti. In april 2010 the result was also normal at the age of 5 years and 3 months.
