FoxyPaw's is a small scale cattery located in Kokkola- a small town on the west coast of Finland. Our breeder name was registred in FIFe' in january 2006. At the moment we have six Norwegian forest cats, two males and four females. We also have two neutered semi-longhaired housecats. At the time we started to look for our first forest cat we already had in mind, that we would like to have kittens in the future. We also wanted our first cat to be a male and we thought it could be a good idea to bring in new bloodlines from abroad. With a little effort and luck we soon found a kitten that was just the type we had been looking for! S*Restless Explorer moved to us in april 2005. A month later we also got our first female FIN*Kehrääjän Orvokki. All our cats live together with us as beloved family members and are of course free to go around in the house as they please. All our cats live indoor, but they have a catrun in the backyard where they can enjoy the fresh air. Our cats are an important part of our everyday life and they get a lot of love and attention from us. We prefer big robust "old style" forest cats with a lovely temper and this will definitely be our guideline in our future breeding. It's also self-evident that they should, in every aspect, follow the FiFe' standard. We intend to breed not quantity but quality and therefore we are going to have no more than one or two well planned litters each year.
